I watched the unaired version of the pilot, An Unearthly Child. No biggie in terms of difference, it's just slightly longer that's all.
This pilot starts off with teachers, Ian Chesterton and Barbara Wright having a brief discussion on a student named Susan Foreman. She is first described as a 15 year old girl with a rather awkward perception. Barbara became a bit perplexed when she posed an extensive offer that required her to arrive at her place of residence, Susan flat out refused. Upon looking up an address, she went to the given address, 76 Tardis Lane, and bam....it's an 'ol junkyard.
She convinces Ian Chesterton to go follow her home (yeeeah, not creepy at all) and in the meantime they're all talking shit about her...lol kidding but in the car, they did question Susan's rather peculiar take on seemingly easy stuff while she is easily superior in other subjects.
Ian and Barbara meet the Doctor for the first time ever. Obviously weary, he strongly urges them to step the fuck off....in his own words, of course. Stubborn Ian is determined to track down Susan and gives the stink eye at this police box he swears to jebus he heard Susan's voice and faint music from. Susan made the mistake of peeking through and BAM they barge right on in!
Ian and Barbara are shocked as fuck that the itty bitty police box they once inspected is all of a sudden is this big ass room. Susan informs them that she personally named it as a TARDIS; Time and Relative Dimension in Space. The Doctor goes apeshit on them and refuses to let them leave, despite pleas from everyone, including Susan. He wants NO ONE to know or share this secret. And then skadoosh goes the activation and they materialize to their unknowing new destination.....thus, concluding the pilot.
